General Questions:

Since the bulk of us aren't models, it's not surprising that most people tell us when we first meet that they're uncomfortable being photographed or that they never look nice in pictures. These are the same people who are now featured in our favourite photo galleries on our website and social media. The piece of feedback I’ve probably received most over the years is that we were able to put everyone at ease and make them feel comfortable. Yes, we give direction whenever it is necessary, but that doesn't mean that your photos will look stiff or staged. Sometimes giving great direction entails telling you where to go, making you do something silly, and capturing a REAL moment of laughter within the previously imagined composition.
This depends on the type of shoot you book. For a normal shoot(portraits, event etc) it takes 3 to 7 business days to deliver. For weddings and commercial work it take 2 to 4 weeks to deliver depending on our contract.
Each photograph you receive has undergone specific colour, contrast, exposure, and style editing. Some photographs occasionally need a little more finessing for transient items like blemishes and pimples. Heavy facial retouching, wrinkle reduction, or body sculpting are not included in my basic packages but are available for an additional cost. Please see the packages here.
We shoot and edit every photoshoot in RAW to ensure the maximum amount of exposure and colour information is available for my editing, however we deliver edited and finished high resolution JPEG files and do not include RAW files with my packages. If you are extremely interested in having the RAW files these are available with an additional fee and agreement.
Also every video recorded is recorded in a suitable profile such as log or even raw so as to maximise exposure, dynamic range, less noise and colour information. However, I deliver edited video in high resolution 1080p, 4k or 6k mp4 or mov file. If you are extremely interested in having the unedited files these are available with an additional fee and agreement.
Yes we do, we specialise in video documentation and creative shoots, weddings, events, you-tube , adverts, music videos and commercial videography.
I shot my first payed photoshoot in 2017 and I have managed to grow my team while making a living since 2017.

Pre-Order Questions:

Yes, some of the files we provide you will have a small watermark which can be removed per your request.
As the content creator, under South African copyright law I am the copyright owner of the images and Videos. However, you have the freedom to share, print, scrapbook, and use your images for personal use however you see fit. What you can’t do is provide them to any sort of commercial entity for commercial use, so if your a venue, makeup artist, colleague or friend contacts you about using my artwork to promote their business, just send them my way and I would be happy to work out a usage agreement. If you would like copyright transfer or licensing for commercial use that can be arranged.
As a content creator it’s important for us to be able to show my existing body of work to attract new clients and illustrate what I can do! Typically, you can expect to see highlights from my shoots with you to show up on my website, portfolio, blog and social media. You have the option to opt out and we respect your privacy.
For all shoots we take a non refundable 50% deposit in order to book a session, with final payment due the date of the session. For weddings, a 50% deposit is applicable and the balance is due 1 week before the wedding. If the payment structure is the only barrier between you and incredible media, drop us a line and we may be able to work out a payment structure that works for you. here's our pricing list.
Cancellations are a tough situation that nobody wants to encounter, but we need to have a strategy in place just in case. Once you’ve booked your shoot with us, we turn away all other inquiries for your date and as such we need to be protected in the event of a cancellation for the lost work and revenue. To accommodate all of this as best as possible, while aiming to be fair to both you and us, our cancellation policy is as follows:
In the event of a cancellation, if we are unable to fill the date with another booking you forfeit all money that has been paid. In the event that we get another booking and the cancellation was made 60 days before shoot date , you only forfeit the deposit paid.
We allow one complementary reschedule that is done 60 days prior to the shoot. Please note rescheduling is subject to available dates. Rescheduling done less that 60 days to a photoshoot attract a 20% fee (20% of total value of invoice) View our complete terms and conditions here.
